Shipra is a development professional with over 17 years of experience in rural startups incubation, livelihoods, financial inclusion, and policy advocacy across multiple Indian states. At PCI India, she is part of the strategy team, contributing to fundraising, strategic planning, and program documentation, particularly from the Odisha state office. Shipra is passionate about creating innovative solutions to enhance women’s employment and support marginalized communities in a rapidly evolving development landscape. Before PCI, she held leadership roles in donor-funded rural livelihoods, entrepreneurship, and advocacy projects in Bihar, MP, Odisha, Rajasthan, UP, and Uttarakhand.
Shipra is a 2011 Ford Foundation International Fellow and holds a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University, USA.
