Homam has worked in the social impact space for over a decade, focusing largely on enabling rural livelihoods, accelerating climate action, and strengthening healthcare. He has led multiple high-value strategic initiatives in clean energy (Decentralised Energy for Women’s Economic Empowerment – DEWEE), value chain development, and maternal mental health. Homam has spearheaded high-impact programmes that have been recognised through competitive awards, international media features, and peer-reviewed scientific publications. He received his master’s degree in social work from the University of Delhi and completed his graduation in Sociology from Jamia Millia Islamia.
