Gaurav Gupta is a development professional with nearly a decade of experience in strengthening development programmes, with expertise in programme strategy, government systems strengthening, data analytics, and digital transformation. He provides strategic and technical support to the Government of Uttar Pradesh, including the Zero Poverty Uttar Pradesh Abhiyan, supporting efforts covering over 12 lakh vulnerable families. Gaurav has worked across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Jharkhand, supporting programmes spanning social protection, public health, livelihoods and community development. Before PCI, he worked with CARE India and Evidence Action, contributing to programme implementation, research, monitoring and evidence generation. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management from IIFM, Bhopal, specialising in Development Management.
