Bhaskar Bhattacharya brings over 25 years of high-impact leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations, business development, and enterprise expansion. As a seasoned Business Leader, he has led large-scale rollouts—launching and managing multiple F&B outlets, multiplexes, Cafes, Restaurants and Cloud Kitchens. During his role in various organizations, he has spearheaded their business growth through implementation of strategic business models.  His core strengths include operational efficiency, P&L management, supply-chain optimization, and team building across complex multi-location operations. Bhaskar holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Retail Management from IIM Indore and a Master’s in Tourism Management. At PCI India,  Bhaskar is driving women-led enterprise initiatives like Didi Ki Rasoi and PMFME project in Bihar, focusing on building scalable, sustainable community-based food businesses.
