- Prior experience of working in Apiculture will be preferred.
Skills and Attributes:
- Candidate should have a good knowledge of Hindi typing, which is a must.
- Data Analysis Skills.
- Excellent writing & computer handling Skills, including use of MS Office i.e.- Word, Excel, Power point.

About the Role
Project Concern India (PCI) with grant-in-aid from donor agencies is providing technical assistance to
Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihoods Mission (UPSRLM). This technical assistance is for strengthening
various systems and processes; strengthening its community institutions; and devising and integrating
evidence-based strategies and interventions around Health and Nutrition (HN), Gender and Livelihoods
using the SHG women’s collective of UPSRLM. PCIs technical assistance is gradually expanding on
livelihoods and specifically on Fisheries, Honeybee Keeping etc. This project is specifically for
providing technical assistance to UPSRLM for enhancing the livelihoods of marginalized women
through Honeybee Keeping. PCI would support UPSRLM in cocreation of a strategy for promotion of
Bee Keeping including design and development of Knowledge Products and tools like training modules,
flipbooks etc., digital solutions, forging partnerships with other government departments and agencies
engaged in Honeybee Keeping, developing digital solutions along with robust system development and
markets for Honeybee Keeping. The scope and approach specific to employment generation entails
co-creation strategies with UPSRLM for system strengthening of UPSRLM in its core business areas,
Strengthening UPSRLM’s internal system, structures, institutional mechanisms and processes, and
strengthening and mobilizing the community institutions of UPSRLM in its core business areas
Key Responsibilities
- S/he will support Senior Program Manager – Farm Livelihoods in keeping a track of overall deliverables of the project and managing overall commitments and timelines of the Bee-Keeping project.
- S/he will assist in developing training content, modules & calendar required for capacity building of key stakeholder of Bee-Keeping project.
- S/he will assist in conducting trainings, workshops & orientation programs on scientific bee-keeping practices.
- S/he will support in developing necessary guidelines, advisory, SoPs and other important documents.
- S/he will support in coordinating with project staff for achieving the project deliverables.
- S/he will be required to support supervisor in planning, organize, and coordinate review meetings with project staff and support in conducting review meetings with Mission staff.
- S/he will be required to conduct field visit from time to time for providing on-ground support to field team, assessing the progress of the project and identifying gaps and challenges in field implementation and will provide solutions and formulate action plan as guided by Supervisor.
- S/he will be responsible for managing the updation of progress on the MIS system through regular follow-ups with district & block team.
- S/He will support the supervisor in regular follow up with District and Block Mission Teams on task
assigned and reports to be submitted. - Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Recruitment Process
