About the Role
The position requires the professional to closely work with the district & block team of UPSRLM, actively supporting in managing Fishery and Beekeeping intervention. Key responsibilities include anchoring the implementation of aforesaid project as per the prescribed package of practices, managing field teams & building coordination with the mission team, capacity building of field team & community cadre and establishing local market connects. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong project management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
S/he will manage assignments and tasks related to Food, Health, Nutrition and WASH (FNHW) under the guidance of the supervisor.
S/he will support the supervisor in assessing qualitative and quantitative progress and provide necessary guidance to the district and block teams of UPSRLM.
S/he will regularly track the progress of project activities and present updates in files for review by the supervisor and competent authorities.
S/he will prepare reports and compile progress on various project activities based on monitoring of physical and financial progress.
S/he will draft concept notes, strategic notes, and compile success stories and case studies based on discussions with team members and under the guidance of the supervisor.
S/he will support in processing approvals from competent authorities as required.
S/he will support in organizing project activities such as trainings, workshops, and orientation programs, in coordination with District Mission Management Units, and obtain necessary approvals.
S/he will assist in the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual plans for assigned projects and tasks in consultation with the supervisor and Health Team.
S/he will develop Excel-based tools for program implementation support and quality assessment for use by the State Mission Unit, in coordination with relevant team members.
S/he will collate information and data from district and block mission management units, conduct quick analysis, and prepare monthly program progress slide decks (PowerPoint presentations) for competent authorities and field teams.
S/he will maintain a repository of program documents, references, and updates and present them as required.
S/he will support in identifying gaps, ensuring timely resolution, and ensure timely report submission and documentation by field teams.
S/he will perform any other tasks assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
About the Project:
PCI, India is a technical partner of the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission. PCI is providing technical assistance around integrations of Health & Nutrition (HN), Gender and Women Economic Empowerment (WEE) interventions with community platforms promoted by UPSRLM. The technical support is designed to strengthen UPSRLM in its core areas as well as in the emerging areas of Health and Nutrition. The overall support entails- co-creation of a strategy with UPSRLM in its core intervention areas for transition and sustainability of Health and Nutrition interventions including strengthening of UPSRLM’s internal system, structures, institutional mechanisms and processes. PCI India provides technical knowhow to UPSRLM for building strategy and designing strategic interventions on integration, transition and sustainability by building upon learning from successful models, providing systematic and catalytic support through cascade capacity building of staff and cadres, handholding, mentoring, technology based digital solutions and quality assessment to ensure successful implementation of those interventions in a defined geography.

Recruitment Process

- Group Discussions may be part of the interview process for certain positions.
- The process could also include presentation of the assignment.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend one or more rounds of panel interview/s.
