Qualification required:

  • Postgraduate in Rural Development, Social Work, Development Management, MBA, etc.

Experience required:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in program coordination, MIS, and field implementation.
  • Experience with NRLM/SRLM systems preferred
  • Skill and Competencies:
  • Ensure smooth multi-state coordination and timely implementation of field activities.
  • Maintain MIS systems, dashboards, and reporting for programme monitoring.
  • Support training logistics, documentation, and partner/government coordination.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Implementation & Coordination

  • Support development and tracking of annual/quarterly/monthly workplans.
  • Coordinate activities across Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, and Sikkim.
  • Liaise with thematic leads (Training, MIS, Finance, Digital Promotion) for workflow alignment.
  • Follow up with field teams for progress updates, documentation, and timely reporting.

MIS & Data Management

  • Maintain and update MIS systems ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
  • Compile data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (qualitative & quantitative).
  • Support preparation of dashboards and visualizations for reviews and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with donor reporting requirements

Training & Event Coordination

  • Plan logistics and coordination for state-level trainings, workshops, and exposure visits.
  • Maintain attendance records, training evaluations, and session documentation.
  • Support development of IEC materials and visibility content.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Draft progress and impact reports capturing beneficiary reach, outcomes, and field insights.
  • Support development of case studies, success stories, and field documentation.

External Coordination

  • Liaise with SRLMs, government departments, NGOs, and local institutions.
  • Support donor visits, partner reviews, and convergence meetings.

Operational Support

  • Assist in planning meetings, data audits, and review processes.
  • Provide backend and logistical support as required.

Recruitment Process
