Ruchi serves as the Director of Finance and Systems at PCI India bringing over 17 years of diverse experience across for-profit and not-for-profit organisations. A seasoned finance and governance professional, she has led a wide range of functions, including audit, strategy, budgeting, governance and board engagement, financial management, legal and risk management, procurement and contract management, grants and partnerships oversight, and statutory compliance.

Her expertise lies in steering complex financial operations and strengthening institutional systems to enhance organisational effectiveness.

Ruchi is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst, holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow, and has earned a Diploma in Information Systems Audit.
